So it's (sort of, still) the beginning of a new year. We all have goals. High hopes. A minimum number of layouts/projects to complete. I read a lot of blogs and articles covering the idea of "Project 365", where you are documenting every day of the year, be it with photos, words, gathered bits of stuff from your daily life, etc. I decided that it sounded too much like work, but I may put it on the 2011 list. THAT BEING SAID... this year I am trying to be more mindful of taking everyday photos more frequently. I would like to do a 2 page layout for each month with these photos and have this cool little album in December to show for the year. Easier than EVERY day, but still a good way to capture and remember you regular day to day living. I have also heard a neat idea about taking a photo(s) on a particular day every month and making a layout for each of those days. For example, choosing the 27th of every month to record and document so that you have 12 layouts at the end of the year. It's only January 18...hmmm....lots of days left to choose from...

So what's a post without a picture? Here are few recent "everyday" photos I've taken of the kids:

Awesome pictures, Jen. I love the one of your boys doing dishes. Really captures an everyday moment. One of my creative goals this year is to take more everyday pictures and scrapbook those moments. I like the idea of picking one day out of the month.
