Missing Sassafrass

 

Is anyone else out there missing Sassafrass?  I just read that the designers of Sassafrass paper have expanded to create designs for fabric among other projects.  They are still designing paper product for Studio Calico.  I have been slow to use up my Sassafrass stash because I would be sad once it is all gone.  But It just can't sit any longer.  As I have been stealing pieces here and there I began to think that Sassafrass designers are definitely ahead of their time.  All the banners, tags, and shapes they put out in the past are all the rage now!  For sure going to look more closely are Studio Calico products.  Going to see if I can spot the Sassafrass stuff!

Happy New Year

 It is very rare that I overlook a paper line from Cosmo Cricket.  I love Cosmo Cricket.  But I completely overlooked this line, Twenty Three.  But when I printed my New Years photos I just knew this was the line to use.  Works perfectly I think! 




 I purchased this paper for the above New Years pictures and had some left over.  This photo was the next one and since this paper was out I decided to run with it.  Turns out this is my new favorite layout of 2013.  Although the year is new, I love the simplicity and negative space on this layout. 

Summer Fresh

 Summer Fresh!  These layouts just yell Summer! So warm and sunny. 

Destinations

These layouts are from a kit I created in 2011.  I used the paper from the Destinations line from Simple Stories.  I enjoy using Simple Stories.  They have a great selection and paper for any scrapbooking need.    

Can't wait for the new releases to start arriving at Unforgettable Memories Foto Source!

Winter Fun

I created all these layouts using paper from the Winter Fun Carta Bella paper available at Unforgettable Memories Foto Source.  I just love this hexagon paper.  A little goes a long way!

I have been taking a lot of photos with my Iphone on Instgram.  I love the filters and the 4x4 square is easy to work into layouts.

Notice anything about the layout above and the layout below? Yup, they are created using the same sketch.  One layout is going in Hailey's book and one is going in Adalyn's so I figured it would be ok...

And a two page layout too! Did I mention I love this line?
