After dropping off my two Pink Paislee layouts I returned home with the intention of cleaning off my desk and starting fresh with the 'Just Chillin' papers I'd picked up. But I couldn't just toss my Pink Paislee scraps.
And I knew if I put them away on one of my paper shelves they'd just end up getting crinkled up and shoved to the back. So I pulled out a piece of cardstock and started playing with my few scraps.
This is what I came up with...
My two boys and one of their little friends camping in the backyard. Not a great photo; it's a little grainy, but the memories are fun ones.
I even layered the chipboard pieces on top of each other. I'm not usually a 3D scrapper, preferring everything to be flat in my album, but I found 3 layers of chipboard does not make the page overly high and it looks much more interesting than having the pieces lined up in a row.
