I've emailed this out before, but wanted to make sure everyone knew about this great contest we're running. Each week the contest will have a different theme. All you need to do is complete a layout, card, or altered project that fits that weeks theme and bring it in. We'll snap a photo and then you can take your work back home. At the end of each week we'll announce a winner to receive an awesome prize. (See in store for what you could win.) This is not a judged contest, the winner will be chosen from a draw. If you participate you have a completely equal chance as all other participants to win. This week is: Create a layout, card, or altered project that includes some of the new Adornit Carolee's Creations product. This does not mean you have to pick up the entire line, it's okay to use just one ribbon, or a minibook, or a pack of 3D stickers. It's up to you how much you want to use, but you have to use at least one piece.
Vicki Wilson dropped off this great layout today, and I have to share!
It's totally cool how she combined her letters, and created the "H" in "have" from two I's. The Adornit product used is the chipboard stars.Kate North picked up a winter page kit from Adornit for this layout. The grid style with her photos makes it very easy for the eye to follow. The soft blues and browns really compliment her pictures.
June Buburuz brought by this card as well. She used Copic markers to colour in her stamped image, create photo corners and drew stripes on the foam stickers. Adornit product here is the "Smile" and glitterly flowers.
I'm loving all the inpsiration being brought by. I hope that you readers are also enjoying seeing work from some new designers. Bring in your piece today to get entered into this great contest!
