I struggled with this layout. I wanted use paper that played off the sunny colours of the girls hats and bathing suits and couldn't decide and once I did start making decisions it just wasn't quite right. Then I cut the photos to 4x4 and ended up regretting it but had to make it work. I ended up matting everything to the black cardstock and that was just what I needed. The black cardstock acts as an anchor and balances the page. I am so glad I commited to finishing a layout a day so that I can get my photos scrapped. I feel so much relief with each page I finish. Set a goal and lets get those photos scrapped!
